Coding - Introduction (Digital Skills Academy)

This course will help you to develop a simple application by understanding and implementing fundamental programming practices. The skills and knowledge you will build during this course can be applied to any programming language.

You will be provided with a solid understanding of the Python programming language, enabling you to comprehend its syntax, history, and fundamental concepts as a foundation for further learning.

This course will cover:

• How computers think / Binary System Module 
• Basic Data structures / Control Flow Module
• Functions / Classes and Objects
• Errors / Threads and Processes
• Working with Files
• Packaging Python

You will need to be eligible to study in the UK. Upon enrolment, you will be asked to upload residency and income documents for college funding purposes.

Upon successful completion of the course, you can progress to further study in this area.
