The College of Haringey, Enfield and North East London (CONEL) has provided education to people in and around Haringey and Enfield since 1828, officially forming the College of Haringey, Enfield and North East London on 1 August 2009. CONEL provides an exceptional education to its students, equipping them with the skills they need for their future, with two superb centres in North London, located in Tottenham and Enfield, offering an extensive range of academic and vocational courses for all 16-18-year-olds and adult learners.
CONEL offers a wide range of vocational courses (diplomas, certificates and awards, including BTECs, City & Guilds and more), and higher education courses (HNC, HND, Foundation Degree and Bachelor’s Degree). Their mission is to help individuals, employers, and the community succeed by providing outstanding education and applied vocational training with a particular focus on skills for employment. CONEL was also London’s first free college, offering students education up to, and including Level 2 for free, regardless of their age and income, as well as providing a wide range of free short courses up to Level 4.
